The process includes initial consultation, design concept approval, production, and final delivery. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to commence work on any custom design.

4. Pricing and Payments: Prices for custom designs vary based on materials, complexity, and labor involved. Full payment details and schedules will be provided during the initial consultation. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Final payment is due upon completion of the design before delivery.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once design work has commenced. If you wish to cancel your order before design work starts, you may be eligible for a refund of any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.

6. Delivery and Shipping: We ship domestically and internationally using reputable carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order completion. Griffin McGuire Hardy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including body measurements and specific requirements. Delays in providing necessary information or approvals may result in delays in project completion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The services and products are provided "as is." Griffin McGuire Hardy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability: Griffin McGuire Hardy's liability for any claim related to these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Griffin McGuire Hardy for your custom fashion needs. Given the bespoke nature of our services and products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Custom Designs:

Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of custom-designed garments and accessories, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the design process has commenced or the final product has been delivered.
Pre-Design Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before the design process begins, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. You may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred in the preparation phase.

2. Deposits:

Non-Refundable Deposits: All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to cover initial materials, sketches, and design time. This deposit is not eligible for a refund once work on your custom design has started.

3. Alterations:

Complimentary Alterations: If your custom garment requires adjustments for fit, we offer one round of minor alterations free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please note that alterations may be limited depending on the nature of the design and materials used.
Additional Alterations: Further alterations or significant changes to the design after delivery will incur additional charges, which will be quoted based on the complexity and additional materials required.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products:

Defects or Damage: In the unlikely event that your custom garment arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an assessment. If deemed faulty, we will offer to repair, replace, or, in rare cases, refund the item depending on the specific circumstances.
Documentation Needed: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault when contacting us to expedite the process.

5. Consultations:

No Refunds for Services: Consultation fees, if applicable, are charged for the professional advice and time spent designing your garment and are non-refundable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:

Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases not covered under this policy, refunds or credits may be granted at the discretion of Griffin McGuire Hardy, depending on the circumstances and nature of the issue.
